The Choteau City Council is crafting language to address ”urban decay” or ”urban decline” in Choteau. The primary inspiration ordinance language that the Council is looking at are from the communities of Superior, Kevin, and Helena.
I am seeking input from the residents of Ward 2 to hear what types of urban blight/urban decay you specifically want to address. I am not looking for you to name names, or try to get issues resolved through process directly; I am seeking input specifically on the broader problems you want addressed.
